A comfortable beer garden is depicted on this cuckoo clock with shingled chalet roof. This Cuckoo Clock house is a real eye catcher, with its filigree wooden trimming on the chalet roof and the Edelweiss window shutters on balcony. The white-stained wooden case is lovingly decorated with rounded lattice windows and red heart shutters, small balconies with flowers and a stone wall depicted on the wooden housefront. The idylic scene includes pine trees, a water wheel with little wooden fence, a woodstack and a beer garden with a hearty meal on the table. The cuckoo opens the door at the full hour, “tweets”, and calls with Echo, telling the number of the hour. After the cuckoo on the hour, one of the 12 alternating melodies plays. During the music, the folklore figurines dance on the balcony, the water wheel turns to the music, and the man takes a drink of his beer. On the side there is a switch to turn off the music separately, or both the music and cuckoo together. The clock has an automatic night switch off through a light sensor, which automatically turns the cuckoo sound off when it is dark. The Quartz battery clockwork is run by three 1,5V Size C batteries .
The clock comes in an original box with complete instructions.
